We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your brand, menu, layout requirements and budget. This allows us to build a clear project brief tailored to your vision.
Our team surveys the site, taking accurate measurements and assessing utilities (gas, water, electrics) to ensure the design is practical and fully compliant with UK regulations.
Using CAD software, we create 2D plans and 3D visualisations covering the dining area, bar, kitchen layout and back-of-house spaces. You approve the design before any build begins.
A full work programme is created, including procurement, manufacturing and on-site installation timelines — helping to keep the build on budget and on schedule.
All bespoke fixtures, including custom serving counters, banquette seating, shelving and wall features, are made in our Romford workshop using high-quality materials.
Our trusted partner, ITIRepairs, installs all essential data cabling, internet networks and fire alarm systems to ensure your restaurant is fully connected and compliant with safety standards.
Our skilled fitters install flooring, partitions, kitchen equipment, extraction systems, lighting and plumbing — transforming the space ready for service.
We add the final details such as signage, graphics and decorative finishes. Once complete, we walk you through the finished restaurant and provide aftercare for long-term performance.
